The version 3.3.2_p2-r1 does not install the library /lib/libproc.so as it is required by many packages; for example the open-vm-tools.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sys-process/procps

Actual Results:  
# equery f sys-process/procps
 * Searching for procps in sys-process ...
 * Contents of sys-process/procps-3.3.2_p2-r1:
...
/lib/libprocps.so.0 -> libprocps.so.0.0.0
/lib/libprocps.so.0.0.0
...

Expected Results:  
The previous version provides "/lib/libproc.so" like expected:
# equery f sys-process/procps
 * Searching for procps in sys-process ...
 * Contents of sys-process/procps-3.2.8_p11:
...
/lib/libproc-3.2.8.so
/lib/libproc.so -> libproc-3.2.8.so
...

The bug is in open-vm-tools, not procps
