BTW: that amount of RAM probably won't allow compiling gcc and/or glibc. I've been running some VMs with just 256MB and had problems there in the past. True, I had to crank up my VMs to at least 256Mbyte for a full functional deployment scenario. I am able to build gcc/glibc with 256Mbyte though. For amd64 and x86, I would recommend that the memory requirements are up'ed to 256mbyte and file system storage to 2.5 gbyte. I'll ask releng if they agree (and what the minimal requirements ought to be for other architectures).
