For live ebuild (and future releases) WeeChat has two new dependencies:

dev-scheme/guile for plugin scripting
net-misc/curl for URL transfer

For the first one not sure if networking USE flag is needed; there aren't scripts available to test it.

Thanks for the patch.

I think the networking useflag is not mandatory there so I removed it.

Commited to main tree.
