You should probably put the alpha build number/version in the ebuild's name.

You are right. Here it is. Is there a reason to boot an alpha version in portage? Maybe it is too unstable or even unusable at this point? Recently I've tested some features which I didn't used in this version and I think you are right it is not stable yet. There is only few stable things, basicly from 1.9 branch. It's sad, but yeah we should wait a little more. Ok thanks. Closing as INVALID as I don't feel comfortable to put an _alpha version in portage. Please open a new bug once a stable (or even beta) release is out ;) |
