AcoustID lookup and submission does not currently work with Picard 0.16 if you upgraded Qt to 4.8. There is a fix https://github.com/musicbrainz/picard/commit/f3e6cde19fc2fbd9843e904772aded0a07364015 I was not able to apply it to 0.16 so I started working on a live git ebuild, which isn't a real fix.
