ktsuss-2.ebuild

I found a newly maintained ktsuss codebase at http://ktsuss.googlecode.com .  Changes compared to old ktsuss:

1) Does not run setuid, nor call a GTK subprocess
2) Uses snprintf, not sprintf, in su backend
3) Now BSD licensed

(cf. bug #381115)

ktsuss is very useful for wicd, as the alternatives (gksu, kdesu) pull in a mess of dependencies.

The old ktsuss was in x11-misc -- seems fine for this version as well.
