Bug 401017 – Stabilise =media-video/libav-0.6*

This version has the old API so everything in main tree should compile with it.

I wonder what media-video has in plan wrt the libav 0.7 api and later as quite few packages fail and upstream don't seem to be bothered enough.

hit it with some mean, some soft and some in between.  With that many use flags how can you miss some in betweens

readding amd64 since now it only has a ChangeLog entry, but the ebuild was not changed...

ekeyword does not work in cases like libav ebuild, ( bug 399061 )

marked stable manually now
