Description Erik Quaeghebeur 2012-01-23 15:38:07 UTC
When perusing /var/log/everything/current, I came across

[NetworkManager] keyfile: parsing .keep_net-misc_networkmanager-0 ...
[NetworkManager] keyfile: error: File permissions (100644) or owner (0) were insecure

It seems not to have any adverse effects, but, while looking up the error on Google, it seemed restricted to Gentoo (and Sabayon): it is listed quite a number of times in forum posts of people with (other, real) networkmanager trouble.

I guess the developers didn't put the error message in for fun, so it might nevertheless be a good idea to have a look at it. Feel free to ask additional info about my system.

Me neither; marking as obsoleted.
