Create mailfolders

Sometime, when I update my system (probably only amavis matter), I have to repeat the
chown -R amavis:mailusers /var/amavis/.maildir/
otherwise I'm not (as a user) being able to move the email from Imbox to the spam folder

I found better to not use the mailusers group and do the whole things with the amavis group
