That overlay doesn't appear to be listed in [1]. [1] http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/overlays/layman-global.txt Like this, I guess? But it was installed in the past by g-octave (http://www.g-octave.org/) as an Octave-Forge for solving ordinary differential equations (http://octave.sourceforge.net/) and it should belongs to http://git.overlays.gentoo.org/gitweb/?p=proj/g-octave.git;a=summary . As is may be related, I’ll add here.... Using git://github.com/rafaelmartins/octave-overlay.git as an overlay: The odepkg build tries to use patch(1) interactively, but with a patch which seems already to have been applied, causing the build to pause waiting for input. g-octave needs to ensure that the builds cannot get stuck like that. |
