IIUC, we are not allowed to distribute ("transmit") the RPM file, therefore the ebuild needs a mirror restriction. It doesn't matter if we download it from AVM or from elsewhere.

I get the following messages from repoman ...

  dependency.unknown            2
   net-dialup/fcpci/fcpci-0.1-r2.ebuild: DEPEND: !net-dialup/fritzcapi
   net-dialup/fcpci/fcpci-0.1-r2.ebuild: RDEPEND: !net-dialup/fritzcapi

... which is harmless because it's just an unknown/outdated blocker.
