It's a 0-day bump, but given the state of recent discussion of systemd horror related topics, it's best to start early.

Some of the highlights:
- pci-dc/usb-db became internals (will affect bug 397953 a bit)
- >=kmod-3 and liblkid are required now
- some of the default install locations (and related configure switches) have changed
- devtmpfs is now required (and so is writable /run)

On a semi-related note: is '--enable-static' even remotely useful here ?
libgudev-1.0 needs glib and it doesn't seem libudev would be much useful as a static lib, given what you need to use it (that is, to bind the socket).

udev 181 has been in in the tree (masked) for awhile.
