Please add ruby19 to the USE_RUBY for cucumber.

This builds and runs under ruby 1.9

Reproducible: Always

If you want to help speed up keywording for ruby19 then please include a build.log created with USE=doc FEATURES=test. That should cover all cases and clearly indicate that ruby19 does indeed work.

I tried to do as you suggest and attempt the build with USE=doc FEATURES=test.

However I ran into problems trying to get the necessary packages in place for doing this.  See here: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398455

Note that when that bug is fixed (and assuming the rest of the necessary dependent packages install), there will be a number of other ruby packages requiring updating to ruby 1.9 as well. As I get time I'll create bug reports for each package, and add the build.log when it's possible to do so.
