Currently there are some easy to use curses based network configurators, cnetworkmanager and wicd-curses. Providing these could ease the network configuration step for users, specially on cases involving complicated wireless setups.

What packages could we use for this? What are the dependencies?
One issue to take into account is that X is not an option for the install-cd / admin-cd targets.
