daemon_controller works fine with ruby19. Please add ruby19 to USE_RUBY. I attached a patched ebuild file

Fixed.

Please note that we prefer patches instead of full ebuilds, since it is the change that matters, not the end product, and the ebuild may have changed in the mean time.

Also note that for ruby19 bugs it is very helpful to get a full build log with USE=doc and FEATURES=test enabled.
