Description aditsu 2012-01-06 18:42:28 UTC
I have never, EVER, seen a version of pgadmin3 that could possibly be called "stable", but 1.14.0 seems to crash even more often than before. E.g. I start the program, open a table, delete a row, close the table window -> instant segfault. It's very hard to work with it like that.

Reproducible: Always

This is next to impossible to debug with the given information.

See our "Getting meaningful backtraces" documentation on gentoo.org [1] and reopen this bug when you've collected backtraces from your crashes.

Is this a meaningful backtrace?
Comment 3 Aaron W. Swenson gentoo-dev 2012-01-11 05:57:47 UTC
Give 1.14.1 a go. If it continues to be an issue, you should take it upstream as we don't make any changes to its source code here.
Comment 4 aditsu 2012-02-17 14:45:16 UTC
Well it DOESN'T "work for me", but I guess I should report it upstream.
Comment 5 aditsu 2017-09-05 14:20:46 UTC
For the record, I wrote a small patch for this and it was accepted upstream, back in 2013.
