As the Summary says, I received a notice after emerge kde-misc/solid-4.7.3 stating:

QA Notice:
Package solid is breaking /usr/share/kde4 permissions.
Please report this issue to gentoo bugzilla.

So I'm reporting it.  System is setup on the hardened x86_64 profile with KDE.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a system with KDE setup
2. emerge kde-misc/solid
3. Read messages for package.
Actual Results:  
Received message.

Expected Results:  
No message?

gentoo64 solid # ebuild solid-4.7.3.ebuild clean merge

Could not replicate, likely related to hardened profile

I'm sure that it is related to Hardened.
