Description Wayne Wilson 2004-01-29 08:05:58 UTC
I have tried to boot from the gentoo-selinux-2004.0-i686-20040125.iso on a C3 Via Processor / Motherboard. It goes fine up until the section boot: when i hit the enter key it loads linux says loading SELinux.gz then goes into reboot, and starts looping.
Trying the nofb and also does not work. Live cd1.4 does work on Via

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert CD and boot from CD
2. when you see boot message hit enter
3.

Actual Results:
machine automatically reboots

Expected Results:
boot into kernel

Why is this assigned to daniel?

Wayne: does the newest selinux cd in experimental still do the same?

Solved since the livecd-2004.0-x86-selinux-nostages-20040227.iso

Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux".

I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers,
this is the only reasonable way to do this.
