Linux kernel 3.1.5 breaks iwlagn compatibility with 802.11n wifi APs, this problem persists in 3.1.6

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install 3.1.5 or 3.1.6 linux kernel
2. Connect to 802.11n AP
3. After several minutes, there's no connection to AP
Actual Results:  
no connection to AP

Expected Results:  
connection to AP is working

Confirmed, downgraded from 3.1.6 to 3.0.6 and my wifi with iwlagn is working just fine!

Confirmed, iwlagn was working fine in 3.0.6. 

Patch solved the problem and now iwlagn is working on 3.1.6.

Patch is available in kernels > 3.0.16
