Maintainer timeout (30 days). Arches please go ahead. Apologies for missing this. Yes, I approve of stabilising this package. A compile test will suffice, as you would need Cisco equipment to fully exercise this package. a Chainsaw package no less..

amd64 looks good
scanelf shows sys-libs/pam among rdepend, please check it and add it if needed. for everything else amd64 is ok Arches, please compile test =net-nds/tac_plus-4.0.4.19-r3.
