Is it OK to stabilize =media-video/dxr3config-0.3.4 ?

If so, please CC arches and add STABLEREQ keyword.

Stabilization of this package has been repoman-checked on the following arches: x86, amd64

dxr3 (em8300) is currently not in good shape because of missing video4linux 2.x support
