Is it OK to stabilize =dev-php/PEAR-Image_Color-1.0.3 ?

If so, please CC arches and add STABLEREQ keyword.

Stabilization of this package has been repoman-checked on the following arches: x86, amd64

The package is not maintained anymore and has a successor (PEAR-Image_Color2, unmaintained as well). No decision right now, but I'd rather remove it from the tree.

Lets drop this one.

It has an rdep on Image_Canvas, which is also unmaintained, so we'll need to remove this one as well.
