Sorry for my English.

There is problem in sys-process/acct:
unconditional /etc/init.d/acct reload on logrotate - although acct can be switched off or not running or configured.

I have not looked at the function reload /etc/init.d/acct

should be all set now in the tree; thanks for the report!
