Fail to emerge kde-base/kdepimlibs-4.7.95 from overlay 'kde'. Error on build target kldap, but USE="handbook prison%* (-aqua) -debug (-kdeenablefinal) -ldap -semantic-desktop -test"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kde-base/kdepimlibs || emerge -vuNDp --newuse world
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Emerge/upgrade failed.

Expected Results:  
Update kde-4.7.4 to kde-4.8rc1 for testing.

This has nothing to do with ldap. After brooding over cyrillic characters for a while - the build fails long before it even gets to ldap-related parts. 

Please attach an english build log and re-open the bug.

I've "resolve" it by emerge with USE="semantic-desktop".
