Hi!
Sorry for my English.

There is a bug in kde-base/kdepim-l10n:
the kde-base/kde-l10n ebuild filtered out subdirectories kdepim-runtime and kdepim, but kde-base/kdepim-l10n ebuild included kdepim subdirectory only.

As result many i18n files inaccessible from kdepim-runtime subdirectory.
Please, fix kde-base/kdepim-l10n ebuild - add kdepim-runtime subdirectory.

The bug exists for versions 4.7.3 and 4.7.4
