Patch from upstream request tracker

There is a bug in patch in =dev-perl/X11-Protocol-0.560.0 that prevents it from working on Mac OS X. The upstream request tracker has a patch that fixes it:

I have verified that the patch works on x64-macos using anim.pl from perl.org by comparing against anim.pl on amd64 Gentoo Linux:
