With kbd-1.06, kbdrate works as intended.

But with kbd-1.08, kbdrate fails to set the repeat rate, and defaults to 33 cps.

kbd-1.08 has a patch for keyboard rate; I would guess it has some problems.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.kbdrate -r 10 -d 500

Actual Results:  
Command was ignored and keyboard rate defaults to 33.3 cps.

Expected Results:  
Set the keyboard rate to 10 cps

still broken with kbd-1.12

Works here with 1.12 on gentoo. Also works on archlinux. Guess I will close the bug.
