remove kde-misc/kcheckgmail from the tree

I had experienced some problem with this packages and, looking at the upstream bugs tracker (where i actually report a bug more than 1 month ago) the situation is at a standstill since last year. I think we can purge this package from the tree because of:

1) obsolete (no more develop)
2) it doesn't work
