kportage.py still in python 2.2 modules folder after reemerging kportage

Steps to Reproduce:
1.upgrade to python 2.3.3
2.re-emerge kportage
3.

Actual Results:  
kportage doesn't work

Expected Results:  
kportage works

that package is dead until it is fixed upstream
