Bug 393307 – app-office/libreoffice-3.5.0.0: unable to open multiple files

After recently installing app-office/libreoffice-3.5.0.0 in hope of getting rid of the half displayed horizontal scrollbar (I'm on KDE with the "kde" use flag set), I discovered another annoying issue.

If I open one LibreOffice file, the displayed window doesn't have an inner 'x' button for closing the current single file without closing the LibreOffice window. If I attempt to open another document, LibreOffice just raises the same window with the first open file. Nothing else happens, I tried in a console.
Looks like a trivial bug for someone familiar with LibreOffice sources.

I really searched for open bugs pertaining to LibreOffice 3.5 before submitting this one. It turns out that the duplicated report is WRONGLY closed, without a valid explanation.
