attempting to build kde-base/kdebase-kioslaves-4.7.3 fails with the error:

 No rule to make target `/usr/lib64/qt4/libphonon.so', needed by `lib/htmlthumbnail.so'.  Stop.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -av kdebase-kiolaves

2. These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

[ebuild  N     ] kde-base/kdebase-kioslaves-4.7.3  USE="bzip2 exif handbook sftp (-aqua) -debug (-kdeenablefinal) -lzma -openexr -samba"

Actual Results:  
Builds fails as described

Was already fixed yesterday evening (because of a different issue with the same
origin), now portage is forced to first uninstall qt-phonon before installing any kde app.
