When updating audacious-dumb to 0.73, it complains about audacious 3.1 not being greater than or equal to 3.1-alpha1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have audacious-3.1 installed
2. emerge -v audacious-dumb
Actual Results:  
Emerge stops with this message:
Requested 'audacious >= 3.1-alpha1' but version of Audacious is 3.1
Your Audacious version is too old. Version 3.1-alpha1 or later is required.

Expected Results:  
Successful compilation.

After patching the Makefile to check for 3.1 instead of 3.1-alpha1, it works flawlessly.

Version 0.74 is now in CVS and requires Audacious 3.1
