This bug is well-documented here: http://www.ruby-forum.com/topic/2229874 and I can confirm it's affecting me too in the same way Juergen showed. I can also confirm this problem. I confirm this problem too, but not only with 1.8.7_p352, but with, at least, previous 1.8 release too. I had to mask ruby to be able to finish my system/world update. Does gentoo could at least apply the "patch" that we can see on other forum/bugtracker to allow us to compile ruby until the ruby folk or the glib folk make a decision? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 370413 *** |
