WORKSFORME, can you tell us more about your hardware? What versions of kernel-2.eclass and mm-sources-2.6.1-r5.ebuild do you have? Do you happen to have a segfault in your kernel logs? same error here investigating into this now. it appears to me to be portage related at initial visit, but will inform and fix shortly. fix comitted to portage, please test and log results to bug. thanks having the same problem with gentoo-sources-2.4.22-r5.ebuild, but gentoo-sources-2.4.22-r4.ebuild works just fine. quite annoying since r5 is the current default that will be merged if you 'emerge gentoo-sources'. i would suspect (without knowing nearly enough about portage) that it would be something in the ebuilds. This has been fixed, and should hit rsync within half an hour. Please sync your trees then and reopen this bug if this problem persists. |
