Fabian, you breakzor!

The newly-added svn1.7 supports makes repoman fail with svn1.6:

*** Ambiguous workdir -- more than one VCS found at the same depth: svn, svn.

In other words, with 1.6 both top-level and current-level rules match.

This is fixed in 2.1.10.37 and 2.2.0_alpha77.
