meego-packaging-tools is required by some dev-util/osc commands, such as osc vc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install osc ebuild
2. Try to run osc vc
Actual Results:  
Error message: Error: you need meego-packaging-tools for /usr/bin/vc command

Expected Results:  
'osc vc' works.

I will attach an ebuild I created to install meego-packaging-tools in my Gentoo box.
