dev-db/postgis-2.0.0_p9999 live ebuild with new gdal use flag to pull in the raster support features of postgis

dev-db/postgis-2.0.0_p9999 ebuild

dev-db/postgis-2.0.0_p9999 ebuild. the obseleted ebuild did not install raster support with the gdal use flag, only built it. this ebuild also installs the raster support.
