Bug 390189 – gnome-base/gnome-light can be lighter with optional gnome-extra/yelp

Hi, 

Currently, gnome-light unconditionally pulls yelp (help browser) which I don't normally use. It, in turn, pulls the heavy net-libs/xulrunner library and yelp is the only dependency in my system so far.

I would like to propose to make it optional:

help? ( >=gnome-extra/yelp-2.30.2 )

It would really help me to make my gnome lighter and get rid of xulrunner in my system (or yet another local cusomised ebuild)
