Bug 390163 – app-crypt/gnupg-2.0.17 - gpg complains about invalid item in preference `BZIP2'

When trying to decrypt email in Thunderbird through enigmail I get this as result:
gpg command line and output:
/usr/bin/gpg2
gpg: invalid item `BZIP2' in preference string
gpg: invalid personal compress preferences

gpg --version:
gpg (GnuPG) 2.0.17

I tried to rebuild Gpg no luck
bzip2 flag is in my USE since building of system.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge app-crypt/gnupg-2.0.17 mail-client/thunderbird-7.0.1-r1
2.get enigmail for TB 7
3.try to decrypt email with personal preference of compress set to BZIP2
Actual Results:  
enigmail ends decrypting with this:
gpg command line and output:
/usr/bin/gpg2
gpg: invalid item `BZIP2' in preference string
gpg: invalid personal compress preferences

Expected Results:  
decrypted message

to circumvent the proble  (the complaint about invalid item) look in ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf if its set there - > remove it 

but i doesnt solve the problem that BZIP2 is not listed in COMPRESSION section of gpg --version

If you build static you probably won't get many features...
But this was easy to fix, gnupg-2.0.19-r1.
