net-libs/gsoap-2.8.4 has been released (see URL). ebuild from net-libs/gsoap-2.8.1 can be used by simply renaming it. However, configure gives this warning then: configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --enable-openssl
Maybe the ssl USE-flag needs to be dropped in favour of a hard dep to openssl.

Bumping to 2.8.4 fixes #353319
