A new stable version of weka has been released recently. Renaming the current 3.6.4 resulted in an error-free compilation for me on x86_64.

While we're updating things, could we include the new icon proposed in the following email thread? Mark Hall, author of Weka, said in that thread "I'll incorporate it into the next release.", although that didn't actually happen...nonetheless, we'd be replacing no icon with a usable icon, so it's not like we'd be losing anything.

I've modified the existing ebuild to download the proposed icon and create a new .desktop entry using this icon.

instead of using external png file, i used included gif image
