Bug 389677 – mail-client/thunderbird-7.0.1-r1: enigmail doesn't work with the french localization

With thunderbird 7, enigmail works only in english (see bug #388857). If I use thunderbird in french, I get these errors in the error console about undefined entities:
    <treecol id="enigmailStatusCol" persist="hidden ordinal width"
    <menuitem label="&enigmail.displayKeyProperties.label;"
<description>&enigmail.keepCryptoSettingsForReply.tooltip:" (in the preferences of the addons)

I can only use enigmail in french if I manually install the addon with the xpi file availaible on the website of enigmail.

OpenPGP menu is not available

Expected Results:  
Openpgp and enigmail should be available like in the english version.
