Current one contains usefull information about irqbalance but doesn't look its alive. I can't find irqbalance-1.0.x on www.irqbalance.org, SRC_URI leads to cooglecode, there is bugtracker etc. So maybe two urls will satisfy both of us?

the irqbalance.org site points people to the code.google.com for things like contributing.  perhaps an issue should be opened on the new code.google.com to update their downloads page ?
