The manual download text in the ebuild reads:
 * Please download j2sdk-1_4_2_03-linux-i586.bin from:
 * http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
 * (select the "Linux self-extracting file" package format of the SDK)
 * and move it to /usr/portage/distfiles

The Sun site has changed so it no longer reads "Linux self-extracting file". This could be confusing to a newbie, so should be made clearer.

Expected Results:  
Re-word this to something more accurate like:

 * Please download j2sdk-1_4_2_03-linux-i586.bin from:
 * http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
 * (select the "DOWNLOAD" link for "32-bit/64-bit for
 * Windows/Linux/Solaris SPARC" under "Download J2SE
 * v 1.4.2_03") and move it to /usr/portage/distfiles

Followed instructions of bug reporter.
