Created attachment 291569 [details] Licenses with bad encoding Items in the Portage tree should be encoded as UTF-8, according to GLEP 31. Attached is a list of licenses that have different encodings. Most common cases are ISO-8859-* and MS-DOS line endings. I'm going to fix them in a few days from now.
