The Manifest file isn't up to date Reproducible: always 1/ emerge sakura Result: Calculating dependencies... done! >>> Verifying ebuild manifests !!! A file is not listed in the Manifest: '/usr/gentoo/portage/x11-terms/sakura/files/sakura-2.4.2-cflags.patch' Just need to "digest" the ebuild
