This is a reminder as I am still not running pulseaudio with my Gnome 2.32 but, since pulseadio will be required (if I don't misremember) for Gnome3, we will probably need to enable "pulseaudio" USE flag in gnome profiles to get other applications ready to be used with pulseaudio and, since gnome profiles are used also in Gnome2 setups, I will need to install and enable pulseaudio soon to confirm how it's working on Gnome2 :-/

I have added pulseaudio to USE in profiles/targets/desktop/gnome/make.defaults

I guess it will work ok with Gnome2 also :-/ (updating now)
