Please bump ruby-oci8 2.0.3 to 2.0.6.  Simply copying the ebuild to a new name with the new 2.0.6 version number will work.  The ebuild code itself needs no changes.

Also, as of two years ago, the ruby-oci8 1.x series has been dead, and the 2.x versions were declared stable as of 2.0.3.  We've had 2.0.3 in the portage tree for over a year and a half now.  Please see the following link for stable declaration by upstream two years ago:
