Vuze 4.7 is out. Vuze ebuild should be bumped to 4.7.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge --sync
2.ls /usr/portage/net-p2p/vuze/
3.
Actual Results:  
vuze-4.7.ebuild is not present.

Expected Results:  
vuze-4.7 should be in portage.
