*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 386487 *** The curl check is up for more scrutiny. If the whole curl check is removed the compile is effective. Possible this will be up for removal. The -W entry triggered a fail with curl[nss], and this output has no -W content. Btw, as I can see in work/xen-4.1.2/tools/check/funcs.sh — upstream added stripping of "-W*". In this way, I hope, it is just enough to remove patch for 4.1.1 from 4.1.2 ;) |
Created attachment 290955 [details] emerge --info Xen Tools compilation fails, when I build it with "api" USE flag. Error log and emerge --info in attacments. curl-config --libs output, if any: % curl-config --libs -lcurl -lcares -lidn -lssh2 -lssl -lcrypto -lrt -lssl -lcrypto -ldl -lz -lz -lssh2 Btw, it [xen-tools] build successfully, if I remove last line (' test_link $curl_libs || fail "dependency libraries for curl are missing" ') from /var/tmp/portage/app-emulation/xen-tools-4.1.2/work/xen-4.1.2/tools/check/check_curl. But, I think, it is too spiked method :).
